Early dark purple-pink flower chains are full and very long-lasting. Reddish bronze growth is fast and full. 

Manufactures its own fertilizer through nitrogen-fixing root nodule bacteria and can colonize the poorest soils. 

Extremely hardy and tough. Well suited for windy sites. Needs regular water and full sun.
