Medium sized, conic to round shape with golden yellow skin and reddish-orange blush. Flesh is firm, crisp, sweet and juicy with excellent flavor. Stores well and takes summer heat.

Gala’s size, mellow flavor and thin skin make them a perfect choice for kids.

Ripens late August.

This apple was developed in New Zealand as a hybrid of the Golden Delicious Apple.
