Aucuba - Gold Dust

Native to the Himalayas, this shrub provides one of the most useful tasks in the western garden. This shrub thrives in deep shade. It adds beautiful color to shady areas by introducing a very bright yellow and green combination. Can be clipped to keep it small, tolerant of a wide variety of soils but will perform better in improved soils. Will grow to 6-10 feet at maturity.
