Begonia - Richmond

This shrub like Begonia is marked by multiple stems that are soft and green. It is grown for both beautiful foliage and flowers. Leaves are very interesting, some are heavily textured while others grow white and red "hairs" still others develop a soft felt-like coating.

This variety grows to 2 feet tall or a  little taller. Arching stems carry deep green shiny crisp leaves with red undersides. Vivid pink to crimson or white flowers develop from darker buds; nearly year round blooms.

Tolerant of wind this sturdy plant likes regular water and filtered light.
