About Us The President of McCabe's Nursery and Landscape Construction is John McCabe. After retiring from the pharmaceutical business in 2002, he realized that he always had a talent for designing landscapes as well as having an extensive knowledge of plants and trees. He decided to combine his talent of designing outdoor living spaces, botanical knowledge and his sales and marketing background to create McCabe's Nursery. He is now an award-winning designer that oversees the crews that turn his creations into realities.
The Vice President Helene McCabe joined John in his dream of building a business that helps people create beautiful outdoor environments. She has spent the last several years studying plant materials and construction techniques. She acts as the office manager - with the help of her four dogs and three cats!
The Managing Director (and website designer) Melissa McCabe Navaroli joined her parents in their business endeavor in early 2008. She and her husband moved to Murrieta after their son James was born. She acts as one of the primary designers, prepares the cost estimates and constructions plans and is the right hand (wo)man of her father. Melissa has a degree in landscape design and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Management degree.
The Director of Marketing and Nursery Operations, Jennifer Navaroli, joined the McCabe's Nursery team in November of 2010. She manages the five acre plant nursery and the ever-expanding maintenance program that we offer. (She is also Melissa's Sister in Law)
The Operations Assistant, Christina Navaroli, joined us in May of 2011. As our newest asset, she handles the administrative needs of the office and serves as Aunty Extraordinaire by helping Melissa keep up with baby Lily during the day. (She and Jennifer are twin sisters!)
The official mascots of McCabe's Nursery, Inc. are James and Liliana Navaroli. They participate in all aspects of the business, even when you don't ask them to!
Our consultant on key financial and strategy decisions is Jason Navaroli. He puts his business background and years of experience dealing with all of us to good use!
Keith Schiller is our maintenance crew chief. With over 25 years of nursery and maintenance experience, Keith is the man we trust to keep all of our landscapes looking their best!
