Also known as TORCH LILY. Dense clumps of grass-like, fine foliage with stems topped by tubular flowers in tight clusters. Flowering stems of 3 feet tall look like glowing pokers or torches, hence the common names.

Blossoms open from bottom to top over the course of several days, changing color from coral red to orange and deep yellow as they mature.

 

Likes full sun to partial shade,

moderate to regular watering.
