Evergreen with slow to moderate growth to a height of about 20-30 feet with a 20 foot spread.  Dense

canopy. Large leaves 4 inches long. Drought and wind tolerant, likes most soils.

Prefers full sun. Can be planted next to patio or sidewalk, roots are deep not spreading.   Needs regular watering.
