deciduous rounded shade tree, upright crown that grows 30-40’ tall.  It is extremely fast growing,

especially when young.  Leaves are variegated white and green with the white area being very predominate. On the new growth the

foliage takes on a

distinct pink tone,

giving a tricolor

appearance.

Full sun, better in dappled shade.
